Upflow’s Suggested Replies feature automatically generates tailored email drafts based on the customer’s message, their invoice details, and collection status. Simply click “Help me write” from your Actions list, review the AI-generated draft (including personalized greetings, context-aware responses, and payment portal links) and make any edits before sending. You stay in full control, as no reply is sent until you confirm it. This saves time, keeps communication consistent, and helps you resolve payment conversations faster.
