How it works

Step 1: Install the Upflow SuiteApp

Enable a few standard SuiteCloud features in NetSuite, then find Upflow in the SuiteApp Marketplace and install it in one click.

Step 2: Connect the account

Your NetSuite admin generates a token and enters your account credentials in Upflow. The setup takes less than five minutes.

Step 3: Choose your subsidiaries

Select which NetSuite subsidiaries to sync. Upflow maps one subsidiary per org, with an optional consolidated parent for cross-entity reporting.

Step 4: Sync and go live

Upflow pulls in customers, invoices, contacts, and custom fields automatically. Your team can start collecting while the first sync runs in the background.
Testimonials Grid

"Well-built, well-backed, well worth it. Upflow just works. The platform is clean, easy to use, and integrates well with NetSuite. It’s helped us bring visibility, accountability, and structure to AR collections without heavy lifting."

Netsuite FAQs

Discover everything about our native integration with Netsuite

Ask AI

Upflow is a certified NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) Partner, and its native SuiteApp is available directly in the NetSuite Marketplace. Unlike third-party connectors or custom-built APIs, this integration is officially supported, secure, and built to scale, offering real-time, two-way synchronization for payments, invoices, contacts, and more.
Upflow performs an initial full sync of your AR history, followed by incremental real-time updates of only new or modified records - minimising NetSuite API load while keeping your data accurate. Syncs are optimised to respect NetSuite concurrency limits and avoid performance issues. Payments collected via Upflow are automatically pushed back to NetSuite, ensuring financial accuracy at all times.
Upflow imports a wide range of financial objects from NetSuite, including customers, invoices (including drafts and pending approvals), credit memos, contacts, and custom fields. It also syncs back payments, deposits, journal entries, classifications, and late fee invoices into NetSuite, enabling seamless financial reconciliation.
Yes. Upflow supports NetSuite OneWorld and recommends a 1:1 subsidiary-to-organisation setup, with the option to create a parent organisation for consolidated reporting. You can sync multiple subsidiaries using the same integration credentials and tailor AR workflows by subsidiary, ensuring clear separation and management across entities.
Absolutely. Upflow supports a wide range of customer, invoice, and contact-level custom fields from NetSuite - including native and user-defined fields like dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, and classification fields. These fields enable Smart Rules, analytics filtering, workflow assignment, and segmentation, helping you tailor your AR approach with precision.
Yes. With Payments by Upflow, customers can pay directly from the portal via card, bank transfer, or Direct Debit. These payments are immediately recorded in NetSuite as customer payments, deposited automatically to the appropriate bank GL account, and reconciled along with fees and failed payments - all without manual intervention.
Yes. Upflow automates both late fees and early payment discounts for NetSuite users: - Late payment fees: You can configure recurring fees based on overdue duration (e.g., weekly or monthly) and a percentage value (e.g., 3%). These fees are automatically invoiced in Upflow and written back to NetSuite as separate invoices using a designated line item. Customers see these charges in their portal, keeping them accountable and transparent. - Early payment discounts: Using *Payments by Upflow*, you can reward early payers by offering a discount (e.g., 3% if paid within 10 days) on invoices settled online via card or direct debit. The discount is automatically applied in the customer portal, highlighted with a savings badge, and synced back to NetSuite as a credit note. Both are fully automated and ensure your NetSuite records stay accurate.
