Today, we’re excited to introduce a new Upflow: a new brand identity, a new website, and a clearer vision of the future we’re building.
This evolution reflects how Upflow has grown, what we’ve learned from the thousands of finance teams we work with, and where we believe the market is heading.
Upflow started by helping businesses take control of their collections. Over time, we saw a broader challenge emerge. Getting paid depends on the quality of the financial relationship between a business and its customers, and managing that relationship well across every customer requires a level of attention and consistency that AI can now deliver at scale.
Upflow is now the platform for Financial Relationship Management, giving finance teams one place to manage every financial relationship from agreed terms to collected cash, with AI agents that carry the work forward and bring people in when a decision needs judgment.
That is what the new Upflow is built to do.

Why Upflow is evolving
When we founded Upflow, we set out to address a persistent and complex business problem. Companies were struggling to collect revenue on time because the systems around customer payments were fragmented and manual.

As we worked more closely with finance teams, we saw that collections could not be separated from the broader financial relationship between a business and its customers. Payment outcomes depend on the information teams share, the context they act on, and the way they communicate with customers.
Finance teams have long been expected to manage this complexity across growing customer portfolios, often without the capacity or tools to give each account the attention it needs. That constraint shows up in cash flow and in the experience the customer has.
Our understanding of the problem has deepened over time, and the technology available to solve it has changed. AI now lets a finance team hold real context on every account and manage each relationship with the care it needs.
That future starts with a clearer way to define the work itself. We call it Financial Relationship Management.
Financial Relationship Management (FRM)
Collections has become an integral part of the customer relationship. Finance owns the process, but the context needed to manage it often sits across multiple teams with Sales, Account Managers and Executives now involved. Each team has different context on the account, while the customer experiences every interaction as coming from the same company.
When this context is fragmented, teams respond inconsistently, frictions arise, and payment issues become harder to resolve. This is why the way a business asks to be paid now matters as much as how it sells, onboards, and supports its customers.
Alex Louisy
Co-founder and CEO @ Upflow
We call this work Financial Relationship Management. It covers the financial relationship with every customer, from the moment payment terms are agreed until cash is collected and reconciled.
Upflow brings that work into one place, so teams can act with the same context and give every customer a clear, consistent experience.
Doing that well across an entire customer base requires more context, attention, and consistency than any team can sustain manually.
That is where Upflow Intelligence comes in.
Upflow Intelligence
FRM at scale needs intelligence across the full customer relationship.
Upflow Intelligence sits beneath our products and gives every agent a shared understanding of the customer. Payment history, conversations, promises, disputes, and past actions all become part of the same picture.
The agents use that context inside the workflows finance teams already rely on. They can carry work forward, identify what needs attention, and bring people in when judgment is needed. As Upflow expands into more parts of the financial relationship, every product and every agent will build on that same foundation.
The aim is to give finance teams more capacity without giving up control. Actions need to be clear, auditable, and grounded in the full customer relationship.
That is how Upflow Intelligence makes Financial Relationship Management possible across every account.
Upflow Financial Services
Managing the financial relationship eventually reaches the moment money changes hands, and that is where Upflow is expanding next. We took the first step in 2024 with Upflow Payments, giving finance teams a modern way to get paid and their customers a familiar way to pay, with collections, payments, and reconciliation brought into one place. This removed one of the main friction in B2B payments today. It has since grown into a core part of how our customers get paid, and it moves Upflow closer to the flow of cash between a business and its customers.
Upflow Payments also creates the foundation for the next stage of our financial services vision. Over time, we see an opportunity to help businesses unlock more value from the receivables they manage in Upflow, including access to financing when it is useful. Payments today and financing tomorrow follow the same path, extending Upflow from a platform that helps finance teams manage the financial relationship into one that helps them act on it across the entire business.
A new identity for Upflow’s next chapter
As our product and vision evolved, our identity needed to evolve with them.
The new Upflow identity is confident, precise, and human. It expresses the scale of our ambition and the category we are building.
At its center is the dot. The dot in our logo stretches into gradient lines that multiply and move, forming the visual language of the new brand. Each line represents a flow: of financial data, of payments, of the connections between a business and its customers. It is a simple idea that mirrors what Upflow does. Money and relationships are always in motion, and our job is to keep them moving in the right direction.
The dot also points forward. As Upflow Intelligence extends into more of the financial relationship, the brand can extend with it. The system is built to grow, the same way the product is.
The new website follows the same direction. It explains what Upflow enables, who it serves, and why Financial Relationship Management matters.
Together, the new brand and website give us a stronger foundation for the next stage of Upflow.
Meet our new brand

What comes next?
This launch marks an important moment for Upflow and the beginning of our next chapter.
We believe Financial Relationship Management will become an essential discipline for modern finance teams. As businesses grow more complex and customer expectations increase, the way companies manage financial relationships will become a source of competitive advantage.
AI is accelerating that change. It will give finance teams greater context, precision, and influence across the business. That is the future we are building at Upflow.
Our new identity makes that ambition visible. Our positioning gives it a name. Our product brings it to life.
Welcome to the new Upflow.
